Terms and Conditions


  • All passengers need to have insurance which covers the medical needs and emergency evacuation.
  • All bookings should be done at least 30 days in advance.
  • To secure your booking we require a minimum 60% deposit made by bank transfer or credit card to Green Foot Prints Travel. The remaining 40% of your payment can be made by a 2nd bank transfer or credit card prior to your departure.
  • Any cancellations should be made atleast 30 days prior to the commencement of the trip, if not the trip price will not be refunded.
  • All passengers should arrive at the first hotel on Day 01 for the group meeting at 7 pm. Accommodation for that night is included.
  • Travelers need to be fit enough to take part in the trip, since we have a number of activities such as hill trekking, camping, canoeing etc...
  • The passengers who do not want to follow the RT specifications should not to take part in the trip.
  • Travelers need to fill in a passenger information sheet with their passport, visa & insurance details.
  • Passengers need to take their own medicines because it is illegal for a group leader to provide medicines.
  • If you are allergic to certain things such as any particular food item, let your leader know so they can make alternatives available.
  • Use of illegal drugs strictly prohibited. In such cases where illegal drugs are used the group leader is given full authority to sign customers off from the trip.
  • If customers need to cancel a trip mid-way through, they will need to fill out a release form. The trip price won't be refunded in this case.
